    How long is the contract

    We keep it flexible. Starting from 1 month, stay for as little or as long as you need.

     

    What about insurance

    We provide insurance through StoreProtect and will help you meet the usual storage insurance requirements.

    How does the sign up process work

    After you've picked your box and either checked out on the website or called us, we'll send your agreement via email to sign.  When you've signed and set your payment method up, we'll send you your access codes and directions to your unit.

    What happens when I no longer need storage

    When you no longer require storage, give us 14 days notice, and we'll cancel your direct debit and send you instructions on how to return your keys.
